Format
for Leadership Plan
You will be responsible for
conducting a leadership project during the school year.
This project should involve at least five teachers in your home district (or
10 teachers per pair of LABS participants).
We have set aside $500 for you to
use in this endeavor. The money will be given
to your districts, and can be used in almost any way that you think will make the project
more successful. Such things as advertising,
supplies, travel, and pizza (as a bribe for colleagues to attend an after-school workshop)
are ok, an airplane ticket to Hawaii over Spring Break is not.
Your task, before you leave the
summer workshop, is to draft a plan of how you will carry out your leadership project. The exact format of this plan depends on the form
of your project.
If you are planning a single-event
workshop, your format may be similar to that of a lesson plan and include the following
sections:
Title
Goal
Audience
Duration
Objectives
Materials
Strategy
Assessment
